Delivery, Returns, and Information

DELIVERY

UK (inc. Jersey and Guernsey)
UK orders are sent either by Royal Mail Signed For, or Parcelforce Express24/48, depending on the size of the package (orders including Leaping, Running or Boxing Hares, pheasants and owls are sent by Parcelforce).

International
I currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. Small packages are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, except to the USA where they are sent by courier (I have had too many problems with the USPS). Larger parcels are sent by various couriers depending on the location, with a three to fourteen day delivery timescale.

I can post to other countries, but be warned that due to the weight of steel items the costs can be high! If you would like to order and are based in a country that I don’t currently ship to, please email sales@katherinewomack.co.uk for a quote.

*Important note for International customers*
If you order products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Dispatch times
I post on Wednesday, and sometimes Friday or Saturday if I have a lot of orders to pack. Rural Post Offices are becoming rare, so I do try to minimise trips to town!
Backordered items can take up to two weeks from order to dispatch.

Local Pickup
You can pick up your order from Sculthorpe if you are nearby. Just select the correct option at checkout and I’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect. Due to their size, Dragonflies and butterflies are pickup only.

RETURNS

If you want to return an item for a refund please email me and I will send you a return form to print and fill in. Once you’ve done that, just pop it in the parcel and send it back within 14 days of the date you received your items (the return address is on the form). You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but I cannot refund postage charges unless the products were faulty.
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by me for your refund to be processed.

Faulty items
I take every care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. As you can probably appreciate, my items are not the easiest things to pack! If your items are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please email me and I will advise you on how to return your items for exchange or refund. I want all my customers to be over the moon with their orders.

Received the wrong item?
If you think you’ve received the wrong item or part of your order is missing then please send me a message and I will be in touch to put everything right as soon as I can.

HANDMADE

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions, colours and specifications are correct at the time of publication. All sizes are approximate.

Due to the handmade nature of the items for sale, they may vary slightly from the picture. Almost all items are hand plasma cut, and will show small variations from the pictured items.
The processes involved in finishing rusted items can create variations in colour. Rust changes as the item ages, so the colour will change over time.
