Katherine Womack and her dogI’ve been working with metal for around six years. I spent 18 months training with David Butler, where I first discovered my love of the plasma cutter. When I set up my own workshop my first purchase was a plasma cutter, and over the years it has become my main tool. All my hares are individually cut, and each have subtle differences. I have recently started forging again, but I’m sticking to the little things (like my jam jar tealight holders).

I also produce hand cut signs to order, and I collaborate with Woodgate Forge to design and cut their weather vane tops.

Spirit of the MarshesThis year I hope to include the work of more Norfolk craftspeople on the website. The range of products will grow so do pop in from time to time to see what beautiful new things are available.

In my spare time I am a keen photographer, I enjoy exploring the landscape around my home in North Norfolk, and I have several pets (including nine ferrets!). You can read my blog here, and follow me on Instagram here
