If you want to return an item for a refund please email us and we will send you a return form to print and fill in. Once you’ve done that, just pop it in the parcel and send it back to us within 14 days of the date you received your items (the return address is on the form). You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but we cannot refund postage charges unless the products were faulty.
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by us for us to process your refund.

Custom Orders
Items which have been personalised (i.e. stamped) are not eligible for refunds unless there is a fault in there manufacture. Your spelling mistakes do not count as manufacturing faults, so do please check your spelling carefully when entering text, as we will stamp what we see!

Faulty items
We take every care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If your items are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please email us and we will advise you on how to return your items for exchange or refund. We want all our customers to be over the moon with their orders.
